What Happened…

I think there are many factors that contributed to my episode of binge eating.

I don’t have food in the house. I’m scared of having food in my house.

I had a lot of negative self-talk from possible overeating earlier in the day.

I waited too long to eat, & got over hungry without even realizing it.

I think I need to:
Grocery Shop
flexibly Meal Plan
Come up with a “being at home” tool kit for dealing with being with myself at night. I don’t know what that looks like yet. Suggestions?
