Monday Mini-Goals

I thought I’d type out my joyful movement goals for the week, & then next week see how I did.

Monday: Group Active & Group Power (Classes at the Gym) & Yoga

Tuesday: Nothing

Wednesday: Group Active

Thursday: Group Active & Group Power

Friday: Possibly Hike or Walk or Nothing; Possibly Yoga, possibly not.

Saturday & Sunday: Big Hiking Weekend Trip Away!!!! *JOY*
