I have fallen in *LOVE* with nuts!!! I used to think that nuts bothered my stomach, but that is not true in all cases. I now adore almonds, pistachios, & cashews best.
I’ve been doing a great job at determining when I am hungry. NOW I’m focusing in on HOW MUCH….
1. Ask yourself: “Am I hungry?”
2. Ask yourself: “How much food do I want to have to get to a point of satisfaction?”
3. Ask yourself: “How do you want to feel after eating the item selected?”
I’ve been using my 1/3 or 1/4 scooper to manage the amount I take.
What thought processes do you use to determine how much food you would like?
